Information for International Students

Are you an international student coming to study at our faculty within the Erasmus+ programme? There are two types of optional Czech language courses for you. You can select only one and have one lesson per week, or you can combine both courses to increase the intensity of your studies.

Czech language – grammar

Course codes: 1CJ, 2CJ

Do you want to understand the basics of the Czech language, learn the peculiarities of Czech pronunciation and basic grammar? Choose the standard course for beginners. The course is offered in both winter and summer semesters, so you will be able to choose it whenever you come.

Czech language – conversation

Course codes: 1CK, 2CK

If you are coming to our faculty for a semester, you may prefer to know a few basic Czech phrases and focus on communication skills rather than grammar. The conversation course focuses on the practical use of the language in everyday situations. The course is offered in both winter and summer semesters, so you will be able to choose it whenever you come.
